FAQ
Which size should I use?
Light: This size holds about 3.4 teaspoons of liquid. It's suitable for you if you normally have to change a tampon 2-4 times a day. Heavy: This size holds about 5.2 teaspoons of liquid. It's suitable for you if you normally have to change a tampon 4+ times a day. Heavy may also be the best size for you if you have given birth vaginally.
How long can I leave it in my vagina?
You can leave it in for up to 12 hours without emptying it, unless you're bleeding more than the cup can hold. However, we recommend that you empty the cup more often at first until you get familiar with the menstrual cup and how much you bleed. As you get the hang of it, you'll find a nice flow of what works for you.
Can I use a menstrual cup with an IUD?
Yes! You can, but be sure to break the seal before removing the menstrual cup. Also, make sure the strings on the IUD are cut short before using a menstrual cup with an IUD.
Can I sleep with a menstrual cup?
